Here we go: Yesterday we went over getting your images from the group photo shoot and using the clone, burn, and dodge tools. We also looked at how hue/saturation can help create a more unique images. Today, you should be wrapping up your edits. Here’s what to do:
- Go to the our server folder and look for Group Folder. Find your groups folder.
- Copy (do not drag) the images from your group photo shoot you want to use into your “in Class” folder under lighting.
- If you drag and drop, or move the images, you will remove them for everyone else in your group. You do not want to do that!!! If you do, just simply put them back in.
- Edit three images using dodge, burn, and hue/saturation to get your desired affects. The clone/stamp tool can also be helpful here.
- Hover over each one of the tool settings to get an idea of what it does with the help of the gif that pops up.
-

- Create an 8×10 (150 res) with 3 of your edit images with:
- – Name
- “Light Writing” as title
- 3 edited images
This is going to be the first grade of the marking period. It is due at the end of the cycle.
Looking ahead: Continue working on your Light Writing edits and montages, tomorrow will be the last day.
